FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

please allow 1-3 weeks for order processing and fulfillment. shipment processing is dependent on the volume of orders at that time. please understand that nearly every switch fleece item is made by hand, and we do our best to provide you with a quality product in a timely manner.

we are currently not taking requests for single custom orders. however, we would love to work with you on any bulk custom orders. please inquire here for bulk custom orders.

switch fleece ships all domestic orders through the United States Postal Service. please account for this while adding your shipping address at checkout.

all switch fleece hats are one size fits most, unless stated otherwise in the product description of individual items. hats will stretch and break-in with wear. if size is a concern we are happy to answer more specific questions here.

wash cold and air dry. do not tumble dry or iron your switch fleece- fleece may melt! care labels can be found on the inside of every product. we recommend washing as infrequently as possible in order to preserve the life of the fleece.
